CINCH CIRCUIT, Fridays 9am - $35
Move through a series of exercise stations focusing on cardio, strength training, plyometrics, or Pilates. You will burn fat, build muscle tone, and improve your posture using a variety of fitness equipment including the Pilates Reformer, TRX straps, free weights, mini tramp, and more!

CINCH, Saturday 9AM - $35
Use free weights, jumping, intervals, gravity, and good music to burn fat and build muscle tone. You will sweat and leave smiling!

Personal Training

Personal Training - $95
Your Personal Training session will be catered to your needs using a mix of Pilates, strength training, and cardio.

Payment is accepted at the time of service. $20 paid to Gleason's front desk (cash or credit card) and $75 to Cinch (cash or Paypal).

Semi-Private - $100
Semi-Private sessions are for 2 people. Your Semi-Private session will be catered to you and your partner's needs using a mix of Pilates, strength training, and cardio.

Payment is accepted at the time of service. $20 paid to Gleason's front desk (cash or credit card) and $80 to Cinch (cash or Paypal).
